During these difficult and unprecedented times, our goal here remains the same: to be a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to rest.
Our most important priority is, has always been and will continue to be the health and safety of our guests and employees alike.
In order to protect everyone, we have updated steps to our already high standard of cleanliness in line with our local and State Departments of Public Health recommendations.
Here are just a few examples of some of the changes we have implemented to combat the Covid-19 crisis:
* contact less check-in and check-out procedures;
* infrared thermometers, to check all employees before beginning of their shifts and for any delivery persons, before allowed access to our building;
* hand sanitizing stations for everyone at all entry points to our property.
Currently and in anticipation of individual concerns of guests, a disruption or at least some temporary changes to our normal operating services is required. Out of respect & safety for all, Housekeeping will not enter a guest room, during their stay, unless requested or approved by the guest. We of course will be there to assist guests with trash and replacement of fresh towels and/or clean linens whenever needed.
If Housekeeping is requested, then cleaning will be performed while guests are out of the room. This is to abide with social distancing recommendations. Upon checkout, all guestrooms are cleaned thoroughly with the upmost attention paid to all touchable surfaces in the room.
During your stay, Guests are advised to practice social distancing during their stay with us. Safety Guidelines state to stay at least 6 feet (1.829 meters) apart from any other groups or guests not traveling in their party.
Our public/shared spaces in the Hotel, are cleaned and disinfected multiple times each day. Logging the information into our “Clean Book”, we will now have the details of which employee performed what task and at what time.
We believe these measures to be a little extra peace of mind to many. And with a peaceful mind you can better rest. Well rested guests are happy guests & Happy Guests is always our Goal.
